Travel from NAIA to Puerto Galera takes about 3 hours. Take a 2 hour car/bus ride from the airport to Batangas Port, followed by a quick 1hour boat ride directly to Balatero Port, Puerto Galera.
Or make it shorter by taking the water taxi from Berberabe Port, Batangas for a 20 minute travel.
